Refund Policy

1. General Policy

HypeSkill offers refunds only under specific conditions mentioned in this policy. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligible Refunds

a) No Client Guarantee (Special Condition)

If a freelancer purchases a paid service on HypeSkill and does not receive any client/project through the HypeSkill platform within 2 months (60 days) from the service activation date, then the user may request a full refund, subject to verification.

This condition applies only if:

  • The user profile is complete and accurate
  • The user has actively used the platform as intended
  • No violation of HypeSkill terms has occurred

b) Technical Error

  • Payment deducted but service not activated
  • Technical failure from HypeSkill's side

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • User inactivity or incomplete profile
  • Client rejection or dissatisfaction
  • Disputes between users (freelancer ↔ employer)
  • Services already consumed or partially used

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Refund requests must be submitted via email/support within 7 days after the 2-month period ends
  2. HypeSkill will review the request and verify platform activity
  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  4. Processing time: 7–10 working days

5. Final Decision

HypeSkill reserves the final right to approve or reject any refund request based on verification and platform usage data.
